GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

A wide range of responsibilities within branch. Responsible for providing a high level of customer service and performing a variety of banking transactions to help customers meet their financial needs.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues or concerns.
  • Conducting a variety of banking transactions, including opening and closing accounts, and processing deposits and withdrawals. Mainly responsible for the new accounts area of the branch.
  • Assisting consumers with online and mobile banking services, including setting up personal online banking accounts, troubleshooting technical issues, and answering questions. Maintaining a high level of knowledge about bank products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
  • Participating in training programs to develop skills and knowledge and staying up-to-date with changes in banking regulations and policies.
  • Ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and policies, including those related to money laundering and fraud prevention.

  • Managing and supervising branch staff
  • Identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Implementing best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations.
  • Leading and managing the operations team.
  • Providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service across all branches and operational functions.
  • Addressing and resolving escalated customer issues and complaints.
  • Identifying and mitigating operational risks, ensuring the safety and security of the bank’s assets.
  • Developing and implementing risk management strategies and contingency plans.
  • Aligning operational activities with the bank’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Ensuring the effective use of technology to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Analyzing operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Supporting the implementation of new products, services, and initiatives.
  • Ensuring operational readiness and seamless integration into existing processes.
