GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branches. Ensuring that all banking processes and procedures are followed, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high service standards.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring efficient and effective operations to meet the bank’s performance targets and service standards.
- Managing and supervising branch staff
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implementing best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations.
- Leading and managing the operations team.
- Providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Ensuring high standards of customer service across all branches and operational functions.
- Addressing and resolving escalated customer issues and complaints.
- Identifying and mitigating operational risks, ensuring the safety and security of the bank’s assets.
- Developing and implementing risk management strategies and contingency plans.
- Aligning operational activities with the bank’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Ensuring the effective use of technology to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Analyzing operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting the implementation of new products, services, and initiatives.
- Ensuring operational readiness and seamless integration into existing processes.
