Important Account and Rate Disclosures

1 Treasury Money Market Accounts: Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is accurate as of July 31, 2026. Minimum opening deposits and minimum balances to earn the stated APY apply. Rates may require new money, which is defined as funds not currently on deposit with Beach Cities Commercial Bank. The Treasury-indexed rates are based on the 1-Year or 2-Year U.S. Treasury Constant Maturity (CMT) rate, are updated on the first of each month using the rate in effect on that date and remain in effect the entire month regardless of subsequent changes in the applicable CMT rate during that month.

2 Professional Money Market Account – Introductory Rate Disclosure: The 3.75% APY introductory rate is available for 6 months from account opening on new Professional Money Market accounts with a minimum opening balance of $25,000. New money is required. After the promotional period, the account will earn the Standard Money Market variable rate in effect at that time.

3 General Rate and Account Information: This Rate Chart contains information about some of the accounts we offer and their respective rates as of July 31, 2026. Rates are subject to change without notice after account opening and fees may reduce earnings. Deposits are FDIC insured up to applicable limits. Additional terms, conditions, limitations, and fees may apply. This information is provided for general rate disclosure purposes and is subject to the applicable account agreement, schedule of fees, rate sheet, certificate of deposit agreement, and other account-opening disclosures provided by the Bank. Please contact the Beach Cities Commercial Bank for additional and complete details at 949-704-1010 (Irvine) or 760-589-1010 (Encinitas).

4 Money Market Interest Calculations: We use the Daily Balance Method to calculate interest on your deposit account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal balance in the account each day. Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit non-cash items (such as checks) into your account. Interest is compounded daily and will be credited to your account on the last business day of each monthly statement cycle. If you close your account before the accrued interest is credited, you will not receive the accrued interest for that statement cycle.

Certificates of Deposit (CD): Stated APY assumes that deposit balances remain until maturity. Interest is compounded monthly and credited monthly. Any withdrawal of principal or interest prior to maturity will reduce overall earnings and trigger an Early Withdrawal Penalty. CDs will automatically renew at maturity into the closest standard term available at the then-current market rate. You have a 10-calendar day grace period after the maturity date to withdraw funds without penalty.
